Community Fitness Martial Arts is an exciting
not-for-profit martial
arts program, also affectionately known as the
“Home of the Brick Masters”. Within a safe nurturing environment, we
teach karate, tang soo do, tae kwon do, and self-defense techniques to
students of all ages with an emphasis on encouraging kids to boost
their self-confidence, self-control, and overall life skills. In
our program serving the Detroit Tri-County Area, students learn
respect, honor, and discipline as applied to themselves and
others. They improve
balance, motor skills, and coordination. And, we practice HIGH
TEMPO martial arts which will greatly improve your
cardiovascular endurance and fitness level.

seconds at the “Stars for Charity” Expo held on March 25, 2006. The
"C.F.M.A." Demonstration Team includes speed breakers ranging
in age from 6 to 62.
So what can Community Fitness Martial Arts offer you? For students
and parents, our individualized instruction matches the student’s
goals, abilities, and interests, and classes are offered at

Businesses looking for a strong return on their advertising dollar
will want to check out sponsorship opportunities with what is becoming
the hottest trend in martial arts: speed brick breaking. And if you
are responsible for operating a recreation center, school, day care
facility, or other group, we are always interested in scheduling
demonstrations to present ourselves and our winning program to the
community.
